Gründe für den Eintritt in den Q One Club (bitte ankreuzen) / Reasons for joining the Club

Mitgliedschaft / Membership

Eine Einzelmitgliedschaft oder eine Firmenmitgliedschaft kann auf eine andere Person, Firma, Partnerschaft oder Vereinigung mit Genehmigung des Aufnahmekomitees übertragen werden, wenn die entsprechende – nicht wieder rückzahlbare – transfersumme gemäß den Regeln gezahlt wird.

An Individual Membership or a Corporate Membership may be transferred to another individual, company, partnership or union-corporated association subject to the approval of the proposed transferfee by the Admissions  Committee, payment of the applicable non-refundable transfer fee established by the Club in accordance with the other conditions as prescribed in the Club’s By-Laws.

Ich kann/wir können aus dem Club austreten, wenn eine schriftliche Mitteilung per Einschreiben bis spätestens 90 Tage vor Jahresende an den Club erfolgt, die Mitgliedskarte zurückgegeben wird und alle Gebühren und Forderungen von mir/uns bezahlt wurden. Mitgliedsbeitragsgebühren werden nicht erstattet bzw. verrechnet.

I/we may resign from the Q ONE CLUB by giving not less than ninety (90) days before end of the year written notice by registered post to the Q ONE CLUB, by returning the Membership card(s) and paying all dues and other  charges for which such Members is liable. It is being understood, however, that dues and charges owing by any Member to the Q ONE CLUB will not be returned or offset against the Initiation Payment paid by such Member.

Eine Firmenmitgliedschaft wird durch eine firma erworben. Eine Mitgliedskarte wird jedem benannten Mitglied dieser Firma ausgehändigt. als Gerichtsstand gilt Zürich Schweiz als vereinbart.

A Corporate Membership is held by a corporation or firm. A Membership card will be issued in the name of each current Corporate Nominee. It was agreed on Zürich Swiss as legal venue.

Hiermit wird bestätigt, dass die oben genannte Firma der Inhaber der Mitgliedschaft wird und als solche mit den benannten Personen den Verpflichtungen zu Beiträgen, Gebühren etc. nachkommt, die sich durch die Mitgliedschaft gemäß der Clubregeln ergeben. Jede Firmenmitgliedschaft kann ein benanntes Mitglied gemäß der Clubregeln und zwar nach Zahlung der Neubenennungsgebühr ersetzen. Jedes neue Mitglied dieser Firmenmitgliedschaft soll einen Antrag zur Genehmigung an das Aufnahmekomitee stellen, bevor es die Einrichtungen und Leistungen des Q ONE CLUB in Anspruch nehmen kann.

It is hereby certified that the business named above will be the holder of the Membership and such holder together with any Corporate Nominee(s) are jointly and severally liable for all monthly subscriptions, fees and  charges incurred in connection with such Membership and in accordance with the Club By-Laws, notwithstanding that no individual has been nominated by such Members or that none of the individuals nominated by it  has been approved by the Admissions Committee. Any Corporate Members may substitute any approved nominated individual in accordance with the By-Laws upon payment of a non-refundable renomination fee. Each  new nominated individual shall submit an application and be subject to the approval of the Admissions Committee before he is entitled to use any of the facilities of the Q ONE CLUB.

Übernahme von Verpflichtungen
Es wird akzeptiert, dass entsprechend den Regeln des Q ONE CLUBs die gebühren, die jedes Mitglied zu zahlen hat, vom Club festgesetzt werden. Durch die Mitgliedschaft im Q ONE CLUB wird weder Besitz vom Club auf mich/uns übertragen noch meinerseits/unsererseits eine Verpflichtung für Eigentum und Vermögen übernommen. Ich bin/wir sind einverstanden, dass ich/wir persönlich haftbar bin/sind für die Zahlung der  Mitgliedsgebühren und Forderungen, die sich für mich/uns, meiner/unsere Familie und Gäste durch die Inanspruchnahme der Leistungen des Q ONE CLUBs ergeben. Wenn die Person, Firma, Partnerschaft oder Vereinigung, die verantwortlich für die Zahlung ist, dennoch nicht zahlt, übernehme(n) ich/wir die Verantwortung.

Assumptions of Liability
It is understood that subject to the By-Laws and Rules and Regulations of the Q ONE CLUB, and those as may from time to time be enforced, the Club shall determine the dues which will be charged to all Members of the Q ONE CLUB. Membership to the Q ONE CLUB does not confer upon me/us any ownership of or liability for the property and assets owned by such Club. I/we agree that I am/we are personally liable for the payment of the applicable Membership dues and charges incurred by me/us, my/our family and guests in the use of the amenities of the CLUB Q ONE CLUB and the International Associate Clubs. If the person, company, partnership or unincorporated association indicated by me/us as being responsible for payment of the same does not do so, then my/our liability for such payment shall be joint and several with such person, company, partnership or  unincorporated association.

Über Ihre Mitgliedschaft entscheidet das Komitee.
All Membership are subject to approval by the Committee.

Als Mitglied bestätige ich/bestätigen wir, die Regeln des Clubs zu befolgen. Als Gerichtsstand gilt Zürich Swiss als vereinbart.
As a Member, I/we agree to comply with and be bound by the By-Laws and Rules and Regulations of the Club, as the same may from time to time be amended and fort he time being in force. It was agreed on Zürich Swiss as legal venue.

Mehrwertsteuer
Alle Eintritts-, Übertragungs- und sonstigen Gebühren werden zuzüglich der jeweils gültigen Mehrwertsteuer berechnet.
Value Added Tax
Members will be required to pay the Value Added Tax imposed by law on Membership entrance fees, subscriptions, transfer fees and redesignation fees in addition to the amount of the entrance fee, subscription, transfer fee and redesignation fee.
